Fill In a PDF Form
Open a fillable PDF, type straight into its real fields, and optionally flatten it so the answers cannot be changed afterwards.
Filling a PDF form online normally means one of three things: a desktop application you do not have, a monthly subscription for a handful of forms a year, or a website that wants your tax return or medical form uploaded to its servers first.
This tool reads the actual form structure out of the file and builds an input for every field it finds — text boxes, checkboxes, radio buttons and dropdowns. When you are done you can flatten the document, which bakes the answers into the page so the file can be printed or emailed without the fields shifting or being altered.
